Sleep Support
PACKAGE
When sleep has become a struggle, knowing what to change is one thing. Knowing how to put those changes into practice, what to do when things don't go to plan and how to adapt along the way is another.
Perhaps you've tried different approaches, followed advice or made changes, but you're still finding things difficult.
Sometimes you need more than a one-off consultation. You need someone to help you understand what's happening, guide you through the next steps and support you as you put changes into practice.
That's where my Sleep Support Package comes in.
Through an individual assessment, practical recommendations and follow-up support, we'll work together to understand the difficulties, identify what could help and make adjustments along the way.
No rigid schedules. No one-size-fits-all solutions. Just practical, individualised support that considers the person behind the sleep.
What does the Sleep Support Package include?
A structured period of one-to-one behavioural sleep support, designed around the individual and their circumstances.
1. Your initial assessment
Before we meet, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire covering current sleep patterns, routines, concerns, individual characteristics and what you've already tried.
I'll review your information ahead of our appointment so we can make the most of our time together.
We'll then have a 45-minute virtual consultation to explore what's happening, identify potential contributing factors and agree on the areas we'll focus on.
2. Your personalised recommendations
Following your assessment, you'll receive an individualised set of recommendations and practical strategies.
This will outline:
-
What may be contributing to the sleep difficulties.
-
The areas we'll prioritise.
-
Practical changes to introduce.
-
How to approach those changes.
-
Relevant resources and additional information.
-
What to look out for as you begin implementing the recommendations.
You'll have a clear starting point and know what we're working towards.
3. Three follow-up appointments
This is where we put things into practice and review how they're going.
You'll have three scheduled 30-minute follow-up appointments where we can:
-
Review what's changed since your initial assessment.
-
Discuss what's working and what isn't.
-
Explore any challenges or barriers.
-
Make adjustments to the recommendations.
-
Build on what's working.
-
Develop confidence in managing sleep going forward.
Sleep doesn't always follow a straight line. These appointments give us the opportunity to look at what's happening in reality and adapt our approach accordingly.
4. Your next steps
At the end of our support, we'll review progress, consider what you've learned and identify how you can continue moving forward independently.
The aim is to leave you with a better understanding of sleep, practical strategies and the confidence to manage things going forward.

Who is this for?
My Sleep Support Package is designed for children and young people experiencing sleep difficulties who would benefit from a more structured level of support.
It may be particularly helpful if:
-
Sleep difficulties have become an ongoing challenge.
-
You want to understand the behaviours and patterns influencing sleep.
-
You've tried making changes but need help adapting your approach.
-
You would benefit from professional guidance and accountability.
-
You want an approach that considers individual characteristics, temperament, needs and circumstances.
Every individual is different, and so is their sleep. My approach is about understanding those differences rather than trying to fit everyone into the same routine or method.
